First order, decent value

This was my first time buying from Evan Care. I was looking for a good deal on a smoothing treatment. I got the Coffee Gold Smoothing Treatment during a seasonal sale, saved about 20% which felt pretty good for a first purchase. Shipping was free because I hit the minimum, which is always a plus. The product seems salon quality, felt worth what I paid after the discount. I'd definitely consider buying again if there's another sale.

Good shampoo, quick delivery

I ordered the Coffee Gold Shampoo. It shipped fast, got here in 3 days. Product works well for my hair, left it smooth. No issues with the order process.

Good shampoo, quick delivery

I ordered the Coffee Gold Shampoo a few weeks ago. It got here pretty fast, like 3 days to my place in Florida. The shampoo itself smells nice and left my hair feeling really clean. I'm happy with it.

Consistent quality, slow this time

I've bought from Evan Care several times now, usually get the Keratin Repair Kit. This time I also added the Macadamia Oil Serum. The products themselves are consistently great, my hair always feels better after using them. However, this last order took 8 days to reach me in California, which was longer than my previous experiences. Usually, it's here within 5 days max. Checkout was fine, but the slower shipping was a bit of a letdown this round, even though the items are still top-notch.

Nice products, delivery was okay

I tried the Argan Oil Serum and the Leave-in Conditioner Spray. Both products worked well for my frizzy hair, the serum especially made it very soft without feeling greasy. The packaging was secure, no leaks or anything. My only minor issue was that delivery took a full week, which felt a bit long compared to some other online stores. Customer service was responsive when I asked about tracking, but an estimated delivery date at checkout would be helpful. Good value for the quality of the products.

Consistently good products

This was my third time ordering from Evan Care, and as always, the experience was great. I got the Intense Conditioner Mask this time, and it really helped with my dry ends, just like the Smoothing Conditioner did before. Their products always deliver on what they promise. Shipping took about 5 days to reach me in California, which is pretty standard. I always come back for their quality, even though I wish they had more travel-size options available for all their lines.

Decent product, slow shipping

I purchased the Keratin Repair Kit on a Tuesday. The ordering process on the website was smooth, no issues there. It took 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores, especially for something I needed quickly. The kit itself, though, did a good job on my hair; it definitely felt stronger and less brittle after the treatment. Packaging was secure. Customer service was not needed, so I can't comment on that. Overall, the product is effective, but shipping could be faster.

Good shampoo, a bit pricey

I ordered the Coffee Gold Shampoo after seeing it on Instagram. It smells really nice and left my hair feeling super clean, not dry at all. The bottle is a good size, but it was a little more expensive than what I usually spend. Overall, I liked it though, and might get it again if there's a sale.
